This notice covers the Pink Bible affiliate portal operated by FIRE TECH APPS LLC, updated October 16, 2026.

Creator accounts

We use your email address, account identifier, creator name, chosen link, program acceptance, and payment records to operate your account and calculate commissions. Supabase provides authentication and database hosting. Cloudflare hosts this service; Vercel serves the branded portal domain.

Referral passes

When someone chooses creator credit, we generate a random pass that identifies the creator referral. Public creator credit is not yet active. For the planned install-link flow, Branch will carry this random referral token through a creator invitation and App Store download. Its NativeLink experience asks the customer to carry the invitation using their clipboard; iOS may request paste permission on first app launch. We accept deterministic link matches, not guessed device matches. The token is linked to a signed-in Pink Bible account before a subscription. Optional manual pasting is also supported in the next-update prototype. We do not send Branch prayer content, customer email addresses, or purchase amounts. Provider activation and the native update are pending verification. A pass expires after 30 days; expired passes are removed after a short cleanup period.

We count landing-page requests and App Store taps. These counts can include repeat visits and previews, so they are not unique people or proven installations. A short-lived, salted hash of an IP address is used for abuse prevention, not referral matching. Infrastructure providers may process ordinary request logs.

Financial records and payouts

Stripe processes subscriptions and creator payout onboarding. We store Stripe account and transaction references, amounts, commission entries, and payout states. Bank and identity-verification details are entered directly with Stripe. Creators see their own aggregate results and commission records; they do not receive customer names, emails, prayer content, or other private app activity.

Cookies and retention

An encrypted, HttpOnly session cookie keeps you signed in. This portal does not use advertising cookies. Referral claims remain associated with the customer account while needed for the program. Financial evidence is retained for accounting, fraud prevention, and applicable obligations. Deleting an app account unlinks its identity where supported; financial entries may remain.
